Privacy
We are a pizza shop. We collect as little as possible and sell none of it. Updated 2026-10-24.
The short version
This website collects nothing about you. Ordering and the map are run by other companies and only start when you choose them.
Where your details go
- On these pages
- No tracking, no advertising, no analytics, no account. Nothing on these pages reports back about you.
- Our web host
- Keeps ordinary server logs: IP address, page, time, browser. Used to keep the site up and stop abuse. Not sold, not combined with anything.
- Ordering online
- Handled by 24SevenEats under its own policy. Your name, address and payment go to them and your order comes to us. We never see your card number.
- The map
- From Google, and it does not load until you press Show map. Press it and Google receives your IP address under its own policy.
- Phoning us
- We take your name, number and order so we can cook it and get it to you. We keep it only as long as the order needs.
Children
This site is meant for people ordering dinner, not for children, and it is not directed at children under 13. We knowingly collect nothing from them. We have a kids' menu; we do not have a kids' mailing list. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, call the shop and we will delete it.
Your rights
- See or delete what we hold
- Call (508) 533-8582 or email medwaypizza@gmail.com and ask. For a phone order that is usually your name, number and what you ordered.
- California (CCPA and CPRA)
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context advertising. Asking us to delete yours will never get you worse service or a worse price.
- Europe and the UK (GDPR)
- Where it applies: we rely on performing your order, and on consent for anything optional. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw consent at any time.
- Do Not Track
- There is nothing here to track, so the signal changes nothing on these pages.
